ACCOMMODATION (excluding Christmas & New Year)

1. All accommodation tariffs listed are for standard rooms. Sea-view, superior & executive rooms will incur a supplement.
2. You the guest will be informed when booking if the chosen rate plan is payable in full at time of booking, in which case you will not be entitled to any refund in the event of cancellation.
3. Where the rate plan is not payable at time of booking, credit/debit card details will be required to hold the room(s). Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring a charge. Cancellations advised after this time will incur a charge equal to the cost of your first night’s stay. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4. The standard 48 hour cancellation policy applies to accommodation that includes an advertised event, however the ticketed event is non-refundable or transferable.
5. Check in time is from 3:00 pm, you may request an early check in, we will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
6. On arrival, you will be asked to provide credit/debit card details to cover any extras incurred during your stay. Without these details your account will be closed and you will be unable to charge to your room.
7. Particular room numbers can never be guaranteed however we will always endeavour to meet your requests.
8. Check out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please check in advance for availability of late check out. A minimum charge of £35.00 will be applied. Alternatively, luggage can be stored until you depart the hotel.
9. The North Euston Hotel is a Non-Smoking building and as such, smoking is not permitted in any bedrooms, function rooms or public areas. If evidence of smoking is found in your room an automatic deep cleaning charge of £150.00 will be applied to your account.
10. We accept 1 dog in certain bedrooms (excludes superior & executive rooms) at a £10.00 per night charge, we will also ask you to complete a disclaimer confirming that we can take payment from your credit card for any damages caused.
11. For security reasons only guests booked in are allowed access to their rooms. Please note that all your personal belongings are your responsibility. On the day of departure we will gladly store your luggage but this is left at your own risk. Any property left behind by guests will be stored for 1 month only (excludes food & drink items). The North Euston cannot be responsible for any costs incurred in returning items.
12. In the event of malicious, wilful or negligence of room or other property damage, the North Euston will charge the amount of any loss sustained, including business interruption losses to the credit/debit card of the registered customer. A Deep Clean Charge of £150.00 will be made if necessary. Where payment by the customer was made by means other than credit/debit card, The North Euston will pursue the matter through civil courts.
13. Please be aware that we hold weddings and large functions at the hotel most weekends. These may have loud music till midnight. Please check with us before booking if you are at all concerned. Guests causing nuisance to other paying guests will be asked to vacate their rooms and make a compensatory payment.
14. Whilst the hotel takes all responsible steps to ensure the accuracy of all information contained in its brochures, websites & advertisements, we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw without notice if necessary. We shall not be bound by any descriptions, prices or other information set out in any such literature.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR ACCOMMODATION

2. A Non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person is required to confirm all accommodation booked over the Christmas & New Year period. All balances are due no later than 1 month prior to arrival. We strongly recommend holiday insurance is taken out as cancelled bookings will incur a charge.
3. A booking form needs to be completed and returned to the hotel for a guaranteed booking to exist which must be signed to confirm you agree with the terms and conditions.
4. Bookings cancelled between 1 month and 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equaling 2/3rd’s of the final balance. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged in full less VAT at the current rate.
5. Check in time is from 3:00 pm, you may request an early check in, we will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

FESTIVE PARTIES, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR MEALS

Christmas Parties

1. A Non- refundable deposit of £5.00 per person on lunch bookings and £10.00 per person on dinner bookings is required to confirm your reservation.
2. Final numbers are requested no later than 1 week prior to our function along with the balance due. Cancellations made between 1 week and 48 hours prior to your function will lose their deposit and carry an administration fee. Less than 48 hours notice will result in full payment.

Christmas Day Meals

1. Booking is essential for Christmas Day Lunch and Carvery, no other meals are being served.
2. A Non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation along with a signed booking form. Tables will be held based on the deposit amount paid (ie £70.00 deposit will confirm a table for 7 inc. children).
3. Menu choices and final payment is required no later than 25th November.
4. Cancellations made between 25th November & by 12:00pm on 18th December will be charged a cancellation fee equalling 2/3rd’s of the final balance. No refunds will be given for any bookings cancelled after this time.

New Years Eve

1. Booking is essential for New Years Eve Dinner, no other meals are being served.
2. A Non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation along with a signed booking form.
3. Menu choices and final payment is required no later than 31st November.
4. Cancellations made between 31st November & by 12:00pm on 24th December will be charged a cancellation fee equalling 2/3rd’s of the final balance. No refunds will be given for any bookings cancelled after this time.
5. Seating is allocated on round tables of 8 to 10 guests. Please inform us on booking, if you would like to be sat with a particular party.

MISCELLANEOUS

Special Diets

Vegetarian and special diets can be catered for on request. Please notify us when booking of any special dietary requirements, our chef is happy to prepare suitable dishes. All dishes listed are subject to availability. Weights shown are approximate prior to cooking. Regrettably we cannot guarantee that any item on the menus are free from nuts or traces of nuts. Please take care when enjoying our fish dishes, there may be bones. ALLERGEN RISKS: Some dishes may include ingredients not listed on the menu. For detailed information, please refer to our separate ingredients list available on request.

Lone Traveller Policy

The North Euston Hotel understands that every guest has different needs and we aim to make our hotel considerate of lone guest travelling often far from home which can create anxiety and stress. We recognize that some guests travel alone, and it is important to make the feel safe when they stay in the hotel.
*Here are a few of the safety measures we implement and adhere to:
*Provide well lit, onsite parking, with CCTV.
*Offer escort service on request from hotel to the car park, especially at night.
*When allocating a single female a room, do not put lone females into rooms at the end of corridors or fire exits.
*Never read out a guest’s room number when checking in, just point to the room number on the registration card.
*Never give out a lone guest’s name or room number.
*Bedside lighting as standard in all rooms.
*24 hour service, so there is always someone on hand
