The information we hold is collected and managed by North Euston Hotel.  The website and agreements are all owned by North Euston Hotel.  Our registered office is at The Esplanade, Fleetwood, FY7 6BN.

Our privacy promise

Your personal information is just that – personal, so we treat it with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. When you book a room, event or gym session at the North Euston your details are entered on to our customer database and we may send you details of offers and promotions that we believe will be of interest to you however we will never share any information about you with any other company.

How we use your information

If you have signed up to receive communications from us, we’ll use your information including details provided when using the enquiry form and from previous interactions with us to help us decide what we talk to you about. Our aim is to make sure that the information we send is of interest to you.

How we’ll keep in touch

If you have previously chosen to receive our marketing communications either by email or post, we’ll continue to send these to you unless you ask us to stop, which we will honour with out delay. You will never hear from any other company as a result of signing up for North Euston communications.

How long will we hold your personal information?
